Refund policy

We offer a full, free refund on any unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must remain completely in their original, unaltered packaging with all protective seals and tags fully intact.

Simply contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a prepaid shipping label. Once you receive the label, drop off your package at the designated carrier, and we will process your full refund back to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
